 Your health is your every thing, that's why you have to live in healthy way to enjoy your live, there are a lot of things you want to do yet .
   people think its hard to live in healthy way but they are wrong , Although they would try to get you down with that .
     Running 20 minutes  3 times a week ,cooking lightly, eating a half of your regular meal ,drinking more water , can save your live. According to the research ,  diabetes, heart attack , vascular disease and many other disease might cost you your live as a result of overweight .

                                             

    
     On other way being in good shape makes your live easier , you can move smoothly, get more confidence , find a good jab .
