Some student like to work in group with other students when doing assignments and projects. Other students prefer to work independently.

Students must learn all the skills that they need in their future job, such as doing presentations , work in groups, and working in their projects. However,I prefer to work with my classmates in group when we have an assignments and projects . This make the project easier , funnier and more useful than working alone.
First, working in group make the project easier for student . By working in group ,the group could take the strength spots of the group's member, and avoid the weakness spot in each one. To explain my point ,I want to give an example from my experience when I was student. The professor gave us an project and told u to work in groups of three. I was bad at writing, and my friend was very shy girl , so we deiced to make her doing the writing for the project and I took the presentation part because I am a good speaker and the third person give us the materials we needed for the project. We got a full mark for that project, Which is impossible for me if I worked alone .
Next, working in groups make the projects funnier for the student. Working alone in project is so boring , especially long projects. However ,When student works with friend and classmates ,they will enjoy their time being together, and finishing the project faster .

This mechanism known as fight or flight response, because our body get adrenaline which is stimulates the heart rate. However , the professor refutes this point by saying that 90 per cent of those research done in men , and women response differently than men . She also says that women more like tend or be friend.

It is more important for students to read books about real events than it is for them to read novels.

One of the importent sources for students is reading , no matter what is the subject or the author .Because reading improve language skills such as writing and grammer. Moreover, reading helps student to learn more about different subjects, especially the one they are interested on .However, I disagree with this statement .Reading books such as novel could help their brains and language skills better than real events books .
Reading books such as novels is helping the student to figure out different types of emotion. When a student read about love or war , both of them together some time , that makes hem or her feel the same emotions that the main character in the novel could has . Most of time the readers did not experience this situation before , so they do not know about this emotions .Reading novels help the student to gather different experience , and to live in different worlds for a while .
Novels are a n interesting subject for student . To make students read more one has to intrest them. What is real importent is to make students want to read more, and novels are a a great way to encourage student to read more. Student are reading about real events every day from classes such as history , and they want something unusual to grab their attention.
Reading this type of books makes student improve their writing skills. For example my sister when she was at school she hated reading . I start to give her novels and short stories , after while she was getting better in her writing class, and her teacher noticed that . Their brain unconsciously are taking the correct structure for the sentence ,then they do it correct in writing

Every morning my mother starts her day with news from around the world. For me , I'm not intrested in that because i don't trust midia . From my opinion each newspeper or news channel has espical agenda which try to cnvince people to believe in what they believe in. However, to follow the news and be objective you have to be fimieler with the world history. Although , not all history books are so objective . It's realy hard to find some worthtrust news these days with all these wars and violince around the world .
Censorship is onther problem . In Arbic countries the news is censored by goverments and people used to search in diffrent websites to find out what realy going on . Alhazen and Galileo Galilei
Alhazen and Galileo Galilei
100 years ago people did not know as much as we do these days. What about 1000 years ago? At that time people were thinking that the Earth is the center of the world and the sun moves around it . Until Alhazen invented optics science and Galileo used it to prove that was not true . Despite the fact that Alhazen and Galileo had similarities , they also had some differences.
According to psychologists the backgrund is a mean factor in any personalty. In the same way , Alhazen was born in Basra in 956, which known as Islamic golden age. He was educated in Bagdad, after that he moved to Cairo and worked there as civil servant. Next he wrote his book "Book of optics" .Also he tough at Alazhar university . However, Galileo Galilei was born in 1564 ,in Pisa .He was educated in the Camaldolese Monastery at Vallombrosa , southeast of Florence. In 1581 he diced to change his major from medicine to mathematics and nature philosophy. Then he had been tough at University of Padua until 1610 .
Galileo was interested in Astronomy , but Alhazen was not interested in that field . Actually ,Alhazen spent his live studying optics science. they both were the most intillegnt scientists in their field . In fact without ALhazen book ,Galileo would not be abel to prove his ideas about Astronomy . Because the telescope which Galileo had been used it besad on Alhazen book.
Similarly, Alhazen and Galileo fought false beliefs . In Alhazen case , people thought the light comes from eyes to things and that way people could see. Alhazen did not believe that and he searched and did experiments in animals eyes until he found that eyes receive lights, then reflect it outside and that why we can see . Although , in Galileo time, people believed that the earth is the center of the world and the sun moves around it. As alhazen , Galileo made his research ,and by his telescope he saw that many planets have more than one moon move around them , and they all include the earth move around the sun.
After what I found about ALhazen and Galileo, I realized that they put the corner ston in Astronomy and optics science. After that many scientists have been used them in all possible areas. Although , after 100 years, people will know more and more than what we know now.

Using animals in disease research
Using animals in disease research
Aristotle in the fourth century started using animals in experiments to compare between animals and human's body. Therefore in 1859 Darwin's theory strengthened Aristotle experiments ,and since that animals have been used in research. However, people still debating whether it is necessary to use animals in research or not . The three following reasons show why using animals in disease research is necessary .
First, animals are not different from humans, they share a lot of similarities . Mice for example have the same organs as humans , in the same place and doing the same jab. Which make them affected by the same factors. So scientistes try the drugs in laboratory animals first before using it in humans.
Second, using animals in disease research is the most important part to develop any medicine , and to finde out their possibility of treating disease .It is necessary to try the drugs before giving them to the patent to see if there any side effect or complication .
Finally, Other research methods are ineffective . Scientists tried to use different ways to avoid using animals in research ,like computer models. Yet these methods didn't give the same result to the druges as human's body did, and this may put someone life in real jeopardy .
On the other side , some people says there are some field experiments for drugs was safety tested in animals and had a negative impact in humans. But this is a one of thousand testes worked perfectly in humans. Others might say using animals in research is against humanity.Actually , sacrificeing animals to save people lives is a part of our humanity.
Since time immemorial humans use animals to help them in several areas. Also millions of people get benefit from medications have been tested in animals. The question becomes: without animals research, can medicine be as effective as we see it today?

Euthanasia
Euthanasia or mercy killer is a thorny issue. Suffering from pain needs faith and power to handle it, and not everyone could do that. That why Euthanasia has been existed .
People have different opinions about this subject . It is hard for any one to see the one who loves suffering , even though choose mercy killer is harder. people who agree with euthanasia try to releve the patent from his pain and think this is the better for them . On the other hand people who disagree with it think killing the patent is take his live unjustly
form my point of view Death is God's decision.The one who gives the live is the one who has the right to takes it. killing someone is ending their live even if they ask for it. their pain and frustration prevent them from thinking in the right way.
Finally, each situation has different circumstances which control the feeling at that moment . Although everyone thinks s/he does the best for their lovers .

Culture shock
Choose a country , get a visa , book a ticket and prepare luggage are not only what the passenger need. However, traveler must prepare himself for the culture shock. Definition of culture shock is what a person feel as a result of visit or immigrate to a new culture or live in deferent environment. Also culture shock has four stages: honeymoon , rejection, acceptance and adaption and reentry shock , respectfully.
First stage starting from arrival and continues for several weeks. This stage includes Feeling the differences , live in new way and learn new things about the culture . Passenger usually feels happy and enthusiastic .Unfortunately, this period ends fast .
After the honeymoon period, the rejection stage begin. When Person feels not belonging to the new country. Especially in country has different language and manners than his homeland. Due to adjusting to a new culture , person feels lonely ,homesick and want to go back to his old live .
Then acceptance and adaption a new culture . Usually it take time varies from person to another to rich this stage . one start to be part of the new culture , get used to the atmosphere and behave like local people.besides feels at home and comfortable, until he or she go back to his country .
Finally reentry shock. This stage comes after spending a long time in another culture then going back to one's own culture . This stage might by difficult because it is unexpected. When someone comes back from long trip s\he forget that he adopt another culture and changed from what s\he was in the past . People treat one the same and some relationships have changed. Not everyone have the same reentry shock because not everyone has had the same experience. As well as other stages it disappear after a while .

Gazelle meat
I never thought that I would eat a gazelle meat someday.One day We were in Brazilian restaurant called Terrazzo , in Riydh,S.A .
this restaurant specializes in barbecue food .
Even the dessert was barbecue pineapple. I went there with my husband and it was really nice . Until the waiter came and recommended the gazelle meat . I was shocked because I don't like to try something like that , even though i don't like meet at all.
My husband insisted , and he keep saying just once in your live . Next the waiter came with the Gazelle meet it was cooked on a barbecue, And servied with tree kinds of souce .
It was my first time eaten Gazelle meat and i think that will be the last one. It wasn't that bad, but it wasn't that good ether .

Failed attempt
That happened to me when I was in Barcelona.One day after we came back from Sagrada Familia_ one of the biggest church in Europe, we went to Catalonia square. We sat at one of the chairs there, and i put my bag next to me.
I guess it was 10 p.m and we were watching some teens who were singing and dancing there. Suddenly a thief came and tried to steal my purse. Fortunately i didn't remove my purse handle from my shoulder. Next i shoot at him "this is my purse" .
After that he drip my purse and run away . My husband tried to follow him but he run among grop of people, and he couldn't find him. Think God because I didn't want my husband to fight with a criminal. They could carry a knife or gun. in Other words they are dangerous.

2000 Euros just for one day fine
After what happend to us in Spain, we deiced to not rent a car ever in Europe again. Me and my husband went there for our honeymoon last September for two weeks, and we got payed the largest fine in our live.Even though we had amazing time there.
First we went to Barcelona, we didn't need a car because of the public transport. It was such a lovely time. We visited tourist sites, ate paella _which is a Spain's traditional food, drank juices at la rambla street. We had spent a week there before going to south Spain villages.
As soon as we arrived to the south , we rent a car. In the south they have a small villages next each other. They didn't have buses or train betuen them, that why we had that car. Each village have a landmark we wanted to see. So we stayed in hotel and every day we drove to a one of the landmarks to see it. until we visited Alambra _one of the south villages.
Alambra was two hours driving from our hotel. we had to went throw many villages before we got there. All the problem started from there. when we took the high way we didn't see the speed limit sign any way, so we thought the highway wasn't observer. By taking back to the hotel, my husband took another high way. however the GPS wasn't updated with this new highway. Then we realized that we got lost. Finally after three hours we got to our hotel, but this nightmare didn't finish yet.
Later my husband received an email from the car rental, mentioned that they took a 2000 Euros from his visa, to pay his ticket. We were exceeding the speed limit, opposite a oneway sign, and more.
Now, whenever you want to drive a car out of your country, you should be familiar with the Traffic Systems there. Don't make the same mistake.

Saudi's coffee traditions
This photo for the Saudi tradition coffee . In Saudi Arabia we have some traditions related to the coffee, starting from how to cook it ending how to drink it.
When the gust arrived to the host's home ,the host must start with coffee and some dates before the dinner or lunch .
The host should start serve the coffe to the oldest first and then the rest of the guest , after that the host drinks his one .
When the guest finished their cup they passed their cups to the host to give them more, and when they don't want any more they should shake their cup, that mean they enough .

Changes in diet
Do you know that Childhood obesity has more than doubled in children and tripled in adolescents in the past 30 years? and In 2010, more than one third of children and adolescents were overweight or obese, according to the CDC (Centers for disease control and prevention).This proves change of our diet,and how our new life style effect it.
Regarding the required speed this day people dont have time to cook their meals three times a day_ including mothers, which make them choose fastfood or canned food _that containa lot of fats and preservative – as an alternative, that leads to increase in the weight accompanied by many diseases such as high cholesterol or high blood pressure .
Economics play a big role in changing dietary habits,Traders these days care about money more than anything els because of that they try to catch children and teens attention using ads,McDonald’s and Burger King in their ads show just the healthy food for children and teens, in fact they serve french fries and soft drink with kid's meal at least 55% of the time.
Technology, I pad ,I pod, I phone , laptop ,....etc, all these gadgets influence our diet in some way, people stay all day in fornt their screens eat a lot of snacks such as popcorn, cookies, chips and Chocolate, and that make them eat two reglar meals per day instead of three.
What we must know our new dietary habits shorten our life expectancy and make us vulnerable to diseases, we should be careful about what and how we eat our food to save our live and enjoy it ,Especially for children .

Healthy living
Your health is your every thing, that's why you have to live in healthy way to enjoy your live, there are a lot of things you want to do yet .
people think its hard to live in healthy way but they are wrong , Although they would try to get you down with that .
Running 20 minutes 3 times a week ,cooking lightly, eating a half of your regular meal ,drinking more water , can save your live. According to the research , diabetes, heart attack , vascular disease and many other disease might cost you your live as a result of overweight .
On other way being in good shape makes your live easier , you can move smoothly, get more confidence , find a good jab .
Don't wast more time and start living healthy ...
